By placing an order with Sweet Treat Obsession, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Georgia Cottage Food Notice
Sweet Treat Obsession products are made in a home kitchen and are not subject to state food safety inspections.
Allergens + Cross-Contact
We bake with known allergens including, but not limited to, milk/dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Our kitchen is not allergen-free, and cross-contact may occur.
By placing an order, you agree to notify anyone consuming the product of this risk. Sweet Treat Obsession is not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, complications, or customer failure to communicate allergen concerns before ordering.
Ordering
Orders are subject to availability and are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and the order has been accepted.
Standard Orders
Standard orders are items from our regular menu with no theme or design requests. Standard orders must be placed by Tuesday at 11:59 PM for the upcoming Saturday pickup window of 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Orders placed after that deadline will be scheduled for the following Saturday pickup, subject to availability.
Custom Orders
Custom orders include themed items, specialty colors, toppers, logos, edible images, treat tables, or anything not listed as a standard menu item. Custom orders require 7 to 14 days’ notice and must be submitted through the Custom Order Request Form.
Submitting a custom order request does not guarantee availability. Orders are only booked once confirmed by Sweet Treat Obsession.
Order Changes
Changes are not guaranteed once an order has been placed. If you need to request a change, you must contact Sweet Treat Obsession as soon as possible. Approved changes may result in additional charges and are subject to availability, timing, and supply access.
Design Disclaimer
Reference photos may be used for inspiration only. Sweet Treat Obsession will not copy another baker’s work exactly. Final products may vary slightly in color, decoration, piping, layout, or other artistic details.
Pickup Responsibility + Care
Once your order is picked up by you or your authorized representative, it is considered accepted. You assume full responsibility for the order once it leaves our possession.
You are responsible for providing a safe environment for your treats, including:
• a sturdy and secure surface for setup
• an appropriate temperature, recommended at 70°F or below
• protection from heat, direct sunlight, and rough handling during transport
Sweet Treat Obsession is not responsible for any damage or quality issues after pickup.
Contactless Pickup
If contactless pickup is offered or approved, your order may be placed at the agreed pickup location during your scheduled pickup window. Once you are notified that your order is ready, responsibility transfers to you. Orders must be retrieved promptly. Sweet Treat Obsession is not responsible for weather exposure, theft, animals, insects, temperature damage, or product condition after placement for contactless pickup.
Missed Pickup
Orders not picked up during the scheduled pickup window may be considered forfeited without refund. Sweet Treat Obsession is not required to remake, hold, or refund missed pickups.
Physical Products
All baked goods are made to order. Pickup timing is based on your selected pickup date and our weekly schedule.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
Refunds + Complaints
All refund requests are governed by the Sweet Treat Obsession Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree that any complaint involving quality, damage, or order accuracy may require photos and return of the product for inspection before any resolution is considered.
Photos + Marketing
Sweet Treat Obsession may photograph orders for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, or promotional use. By placing an order, you grant permission for these images to be used without compensation.
Right to Refuse Service
Sweet Treat Obsession reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to inappropriate conduct, harassment, nonpayment, unrealistic requests, policy violations, or lack of availability.
Agreement
By completing checkout, submitting an order, sending payment, or accepting an invoice, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and that you are the person responsible for all payments and decisions regarding the order.
