How do I place an order?

Place your order directly through our website. Add items to your cart and select your pickup date/time at checkout.

What is the order deadline for standard orders?

Standard orders must be placed by Tuesday at 11:59 PM to be ready for the upcoming Saturday pickup.

When is pickup?

Pickup is Saturdays only: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM.

What happens if I order after Tuesday?

Orders placed after Tuesday 11:59 PM will be scheduled for the following Saturday pickup.

Where is pickup located?

Pickup is in Clayton County (Rex, GA area). The exact pickup details will be provided after your order is placed.

Do you offer delivery or shipping?

Not at this time. Pickup only.

What counts as a standard order?

Standard orders are items ordered from our regular website menu with no theme/design requests (examples: cupcakes, cookies, sweet bits).

What counts as a custom (non-standard) order?

Custom orders include themed treats, specific colors, toppers, logos/edible images, treat tables, or anything not listed as a standard menu order.

How do I place a custom order?

Custom orders must be requested through our Custom Order Request Form. Custom orders are not placed through the standard shop menu.

How far in advance should I request a custom order?

Custom orders require 7–14 days notice depending on the request and availability.

Do you accept rush orders?

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and are not guaranteed. Please message before ordering.

What if I’m running late to pickup?

Pickup is a scheduled window (Saturday 10 AM–12 PM). If you’re running late, contact us ASAP. Unclaimed orders may not be held past the pickup window.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes. Please have them show your order confirmation (screenshot is fine).

Can I change my order after placing it?

Changes are not guaranteed once your order is placed. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.

Do you accommodate allergies?

We can note allergies, but our kitchen is not allergen-free and cross-contact may occur.

How should I store my treats?

Store treats in a cool, dry place. For best taste and texture, enjoy within 24–48 hours. Refrigerate items with perishable fillings/frosting if needed.
